Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015

Основные новеллы:
– полный запрет выпуска акций на предъявителя;
– запрет на назначение юридического лица в качестве директора британской компании – с октября 2015 года. Существующие корпоративные директора должны быть заменены физическими лицами в течение 12 месяцев с указанной даты;
– частные акционерные компании должны будут вести специальный реестр контролирующих лиц компании (People with Significant Control – PSC) – с января 2016 года.
